Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welder in Twin Falls County, Idaho. You will work in a food and dairy equipment factory. Ideal candidate: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day The role involves back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges.
