Immediate opening: we are hiring a PV installer in East Sussex, England. The job is on a residential rooftop. Day to day you will terminate MC4 connectors and check polarity before energizing; fit tile hooks, in-roof mounting kits or flat-roof ballast trays; install string inverters, optimisers and rapid shutdown devices; read PV layout drawings and single-line diagrams on site; run DC cabling from panels to combiner boxes and string inverters; carry out continuity and insulation resistance tests on strings. Requirements: • Driving licence for travel between installation sites • Own hand tools, torque wrench and multimeter At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. £100 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
