Ideal candidate: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio On a typical shift you will backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction.
