Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Adams County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a busy machine shop. On the job you will handle: • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
