Head baker wanted in Knox County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Knox County, Tennessee. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Score the top of loaves before baking • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
