Flatlock machine operator wanted in Morgan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Morgan County, Illinois. You will be based in a textile and apparel unit. The role involves change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. Requirements: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance 1+ years on the tools preferred.
