Pastry baker wanted in City and County of San Francisco

Now hiring: we are hiring a pastry baker in City and County of San Francisco, California. You will be based in a bread factory. You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits.
