Join our team: we are hiring a gatehouse guard in Otoe County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours • Ex-servicemen preferred On a typical shift you will detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area; operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out; man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block; respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts; operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
