Gardener — Tangipahoa Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gardener in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. The job is in a residential garden complex. The role involves repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. $18 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
