Gang bricklayer wanted in City of Kingston upon Hull

Now hiring: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in City of Kingston upon Hull, England. You will work on a new-build development. Requirements: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) On a typical shift you will building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge.
