Production machine operator wanted in McDuffie County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production machine operator in McDuffie County, Georgia. You will be based in a textile mill. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage On a typical shift you will key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
