Fry cook wanted in Montgomery County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in Montgomery County, Tennessee. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
