Great opportunity: we are hiring a single needle operator in Putnam County, Ohio. Day to day you will attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges. You should have: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
