Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Quitman County, Mississippi. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift 1+ years on the tools preferred.
