HSE officer — Oklahoma County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a HSE officer in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. On a typical shift you will check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot 5+ years on the tools preferred. $170 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
