Oven operator wanted in Borough of Bolton

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Borough of Bolton, England. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
