QC technician • Randolph County, Arkansas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a QC technician in Randolph County, Arkansas. You will be based in an electronics assembly workshop. Day to day you will verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift. Ideal candidate: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
