Natural gas fitter — Loudoun County

Join our team: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Loudoun County, Virginia. The role involves: • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints You should have: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing Part-time with flexible hours.
