We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Smith County, Mississippi. The role involves select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance. What we are looking for: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Full-time with occasional weekends.
