Fabricator-welder • Daggett County, Utah

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Daggett County, Utah. What we are looking for: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test The role involves check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
