We are recruiting: acoustic insulation fitter (Montana)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Golden Valley County, Montana. You will be based in lofts and crawl spaces. On a typical shift you will measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits.
