White goods technician — Aberdeenshire

Join our team: we are hiring a white goods technician in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. You will work on site for a landlord or letting agency. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of appliance electrical and mechanical systems • Up to date with PAT testing and electrical safety regulations You will recharge and evacuate refrigerant circuits on fridges and freezers using recovery equipment; advise customers on appliance care and preventive maintenance; check earth continuity and insulation resistance with a PAT tester before handover; solder and braze copper pipework on refrigeration units; test and replace heating elements, thermostats and thermal fuses. 3+ years on the tools preferred. £2,450 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
