Urgent requirement: we are hiring a floor screeder in City of Norton, Virginia. The role involves patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
