Refrigeration service engineer — Woodson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration service engineer in Woodson County, Kansas. You will be based at a busy refrigeration workshop. Your main tasks: • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Valid driving licence for field call-outs 2+ years on the tools preferred. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
