You will fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
