On the job you will handle: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
