Immediate opening: surface coating operator (Minnesota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Fillmore County, Minnesota. The job is on an industrial coating line. Day to day you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time with occasional weekends.
