Immediate opening: we are hiring a hotel receptionist in Obi, Benue State. Ideal candidate: • Calm under pressure when the desk is busy or a guest is upset • Good telephone manner and clear written communication • Basic knowledge of local attractions, transport and restaurants Day-to-day duties: • Handle lost property, complaints and billing disputes at the desk • Provide directions, local recommendations and tourist information • Process late check-outs, upgrades and room changes • Balance the cash float and run the shift report at end of shift • Check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS) Full-time, day shift.
