Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Randolph County, Alabama. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Part-time with flexible hours.
