Requirements: • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain Your main tasks: • Load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point • Carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot • Handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding • Keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
