Fabricator-welder wanted in Sokoto North

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Sokoto North, Sokoto State. You will work at a stainless steel fabrication shop. You should have: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Your main tasks: • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode Meals and transport allowance provided.
