Immediate opening: scullery hand (Tennessee)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Pickett County, Tennessee. The job is at a banquet hall. Day to day you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided.
