Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
