Pipe tig welder — Fannin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Fannin County, Texas. You will work on an industrial construction site. You will run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator. What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day 3+ years on the tools preferred. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
