Immediate opening: structural MIG welder (England)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Herefordshire, England. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings You will set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose. £3,900 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
