Bread baker — Okehi

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Okehi, Kogi State. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Pay around ₦160,000 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
