Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets The role involves log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station.
