Semi-automatic welder wanted in Benzie County

Now hiring: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Benzie County, Michigan. You will work in a heavy engineering unit. Requirements: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently On a typical shift you will check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
