Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Rotating shifts.
