Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Custer County, Oklahoma. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working You will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
