Scullery hand • Catoosa County, Georgia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Catoosa County, Georgia. Day to day you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
