Join our team: reinforcement steel fixer (Wisconsin)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Outagamie County, Wisconsin. You will work on a busy residential building site. Day-to-day duties: • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Six days a week, one day off.
