Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Los Alamos County, New Mexico. The job is in a meat processing plant. The role involves mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Full-time with occasional weekends.
