We are recruiting: we are hiring a production line operative in Decatur County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons You should have: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Careful handling of tools and components 4+ years on the tools preferred.
