Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in East Renfrewshire, Scotland. The job is on a window-and-door production line. On the job you will handle: • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam Requirements: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. £2,750 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
