Health and safety supervisor • Otero County, New Mexico

Vacancy available: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Otero County, New Mexico. The job is at a manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations On the job you will handle: • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry Overtime paid at a premium rate.
