Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Los Angeles County, California. Day-to-day duties: • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees What we are looking for: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
