Line cook wanted in Fayette County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Fayette County, West Virginia. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
