Kitchen cook wanted in Esmeralda County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Esmeralda County, Nevada. Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
