Domestic gas engineer • Orange County, Texas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Orange County, Texas. The job is at a busy gas installation company. The role involves: • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply Requirements: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations Six days a week, one day off.
